The venue of the conference this year will be the Hyatt Regency Vancouver hotel. It is also the ideal starting point to explore the most important Vancouver attractions. It has privileged location in the heart of the city, and  is surrounded by shops, restaurants and entertainment. It is in walking distance from the shops of Robson Street, the Stanley Park sea wall, China Town, the Vancouver Convention Centre, and the Rogers Arena, home of the Vancouver Canucks. It has easy access to public transportation since it is located besides the Burrard Sky Train Station.

From most parts of Canada, the most convenient way of transportation is through air to the Vancouver International Airport (YVR).

In the airport, there are more than 500 licenced taxis in service. Taxis are available 24 hours a day, and the approximate fare from YVR to Downtown Vancouver is $30-$32 CAD (taxes included). No reservation is required.

In addition, the new Canada Line is a rapid transit rail that connects YVR to Downtown Vancouver in 26 minutes. Passengers pay only the regular two-zone fare of $3.75 CAD.
